A few thousand euros spent up front is much less than a few hundred every months for the next 10 years. So think long term and make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. I love you article. You are centainly right about these apartments rental companies. Specially when there is no company there to rate these companies. But there is a website I came a long today that rated these apartment rental companies in Spain by Top 10.
I don't know if this Top10 list is an good but it is worth taking a look at specially when you don't agree with the list.
